STIHL service kit 30 for brushcutters FS 89/111 & HT 103

To support the longevity of your STIHL petrol pole pruners, brushcutters and combi engines, you can carry out simple maintenance work on your STIHL power tool yourself using the Service Kit 30. Regular standard maintenance, such as changing the air and fuel filters and replacing the spark plug, is usually completed quickly and helps to extend the service life of the engine. The STIHL Service Kit 30 for FC 91, FC 96, FC 111, FS 89, FS 91, FS 111, HT 102, HT 103, KM 91 and KM 111 contains the following components for standard maintenance:

• Paper air filter
• spark plug
• Fuel filter

The long filter service life of STIHL air filters enables your equipment to be used for a long time. STIHL paper filters are also splash-proof thanks to their coated surfaces. Clean filters increase engine performance, reduce fuel consumption and make starting the tool easier. This reliably protects the engine of your STIHL machine against the ingress of abrasive dust. Performance is maintained, fuel consumption is low and you can continue to start your machine as usual. The fuel filter ensures that no foreign particles enter the engine via the fuel. Regular replacement protects the engine and supports a long service life. To maintain performance, it is also advisable to replace the spark plug regularly – for continued clean combustion in the engine.

To service the air filter and spark plug, it is best to use the practical combination wrench that you have already received with your STIHL power tool. A cardboard hook is integrated in the packaging of the service kit. This allows you to remove and replace the fuel filter. You do not need any additional tools.
