The particularly rigid telescopic shaft of the HTA 135 enables quick length adjustment and exact positioning, allowing precise pruning even of taller trees. The telescopic shaft can be extended up to a length of 405 cm, while the overall length of the device ranges from 285 cm to 405 cm. This means you can even reach treetops up to a height of around 5 m for thinning with this telescopic chainsaw from STIHL. You can use the HTA 135 with 3/8 “P and 1/4 “P STIHL saw chains, which guarantees maximum cutting performance.

The lightweight magnesium gearbox with cast-on, robust branch hook and the high-quality EC motor of the cordless telescopic pruning saw work quietly and generate very little vibration. This makes working with the professional pruning saw very comfortable. The easy-to-clean air filter in the electric motor ensures optimum motor cooling and therefore a long service life for your device. The STIHL HTA 135 cordless pole pruner is equipped as standard with the robust STIHL stand for KTA 135 and HLA 135, which protects the motor housing and battery from contact with the ground. A STIHL Smart Connector 2 A can be optionally installed on the engine housing to transmit important device data to your smartphone or tablet.

All battery-powered devices within the STIHL AP system are designed for professional users and for daily use even under adverse weather conditions. They therefore have tested splash water protection. Their effectiveness is verified by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based on the IPX4 standard, among others.
