This is also where the ADVANCE PLUS module with LED display and integrated STIHL Smart Connector is located. This allows you to transfer important tool data to your smartphone or tablet. For task-oriented work, the speed can be adjusted to one of three levels, ensuring particularly efficient hedge trimming. The STIHL HLA 140 B’s 600 mm-long, double-sided, friction-optimized universal blades ensure high cutting performance with extended battery life.

A single-shoulder strap can be quickly attached or detached from the mounting eyelet on the shaft. This enables comfortable, flexible, and efficient work. For even greater comfort, we recommend the STIHL ADVANCE X-TREEm HT harness system, available as an accessory. Thanks to the blade bar, which is adjustable by 145°, you can comfortably perform top, side, and ground cuts with this 249 cm-long tool. To protect the STIHL HLA 140 B’s battery from dirt and moisture when it comes into contact with the ground, you can retrofit the STIHL HTA 135 or HLA 135 stand.

Their effectiveness is verified through rigorous internal testing. The splash protection test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
