Description
For farmers, craftsmen and landscapers, the MS 391 petrol chainsaw combines high cutting performance with comfort. The main areas of application are for sawing firewood, landscape maintenance and cutting construction timber. The STIHL MS 391 chainsaw impresses with an output of 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) and achieves an optimum power-to-weight ratio of 1.9 kg/kW. The chainsaw is powered by an economical and powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine. The STIHL MS 391 has a decompression valve that significantly reduces the pulling force on the starter rope so that you can start the petrol chainsaw as easily and effortlessly as possible. Other features of the petrol chainsaw include
- A quantity-adjustable oil pump for delivering the oil quantity as required. This allows optimized lubrication to be set for very long cutting sets or for very dry wood and reduces oil consumption in other cases. The STIHL Ematic system ensures that every drop of oil is directed to where it is needed.
- The pre-separation removes coarse dirt particles and thus relieves the actual filter. If you retrofit your MS 391 with an HD2 air filter, it has a long-term air filter system. This allows you to work for much longer without interruption and reduces the number of filter cleanings.
