Description
A forest measuring tape is necessary for cutting tree trunks to length in the forest and is therefore an indispensable accessory for foresters and other forestry workers. The STIHL tape measure is available in three lengths: 15 m, 20 m or 25 m. It has a robust metal housing and a sturdy yet flexible metal tape. Thanks to a practical eyelet, you can attach it to your belt or tool belt.
A small hook on the tape measure is characteristic of forestry tape measures. It is fixed to the front of the trunk in the wood or bark. You can either hook the tape or apply light pressure to the wood to measure the desired length and then saw it off. Then simply release the hook by giving it a little tug. As the strap has a spring, it rolls up again automatically. In this way, one-man measurement is also possible.
The forestry measuring tape has been awarded the KWF-Profi test mark by the Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e.V. (Board of Trustees for Forestry Work and Technology).

AWService GmbH was founded in December 2014 by Albert Wörndl, who has been active in the garden equipment industry for more than 30 years. In 2015, our company building at Eisenstraße 4 in St. Marien was constructed and officially opened at the end of June the same year.
Since 2024, our company has been energetically and jointly managed by Alexander & Jürgen Wörndl. In this way, the management has been passed on from Albert Wörndl to the next motivated generation.
