The STIHL guards for metal tools reliably ward off clippings and stones that can become loose and be flung away during mowing work, trimming work under hedges or in dense bushes. When gardening with sharp cutting tools, appropriate protective equipment is also mandatory for your own safety. If you have any questions about personal protective equipment, please contact your local STIHL dealer.
Before you start working with a metal cutting tool, simply attach the guard for metal tools to your STIHL brush cutter or brush cutter. These STIHL guards for metal tools are not suitable for use with circular saw blades. For this purpose, please use the STIHL guards for circular saw blades.
The STIHL FS 561 brush cutter is compatible with this guard.
