Description
Private users appreciate the STIHL PolyCut 6-2 mowing head as an efficient universal cutting tool for clearing and surface work around the house. The cutting head is specially designed for use with lightweight STIHL cordless and petrol motor scythes.
The PolyCut 6-2 has two movable plastic blades. Compared to mowing heads with three movable blades, the energy requirement for mowing is reduced, which results in increased running time when used with cordless brushcutters. The slightly raised cutting height reduces unwanted contact between the blades and the ground and thus excessive wear. The large cutting circle of 330 mm of the STIHL PolyCut 6-2 allows you to mow lawns or cut lawn edges efficiently and quickly.
The plastic blades can be changed easily and without tools. You can also use the STIHL PolyCut 6-2 with 2.0 mm and 2.4 mm diameter cutter line pieces, for example for trimming and cleaning out along lawn edges or in corners.
The STIHL PolyCut 6-2 is suitable as a cutting tool for the following STIHL petrol motor scythes:
- FS 38
- FS 40
- FS 50
The STIHL PolyCut 6-2 cutting head is also suitable for the following STIHL cordless brushcutters:
- FSA 60 R
- FSA 86 R
The PolyCut 6-2 mowing head is also compatible with the STIHL FSB-KM combination tool.
