As an option, you can equip this petrol chainsaw with the STIHL ElastoStart. This supports you right from the start by avoiding force peaks and thus relieving your muscles and joints.
To enable you to work as effectively as possible, the chainsaw is equipped with a tool-free fuel filler cap and a pre-separator for the filter. If you retrofit this chainsaw with the HD2 air filter, your saw will have a long-term air filter system. This allows you to work for a long time without interruption. To protect your muscles and joints, the STIHL anti-vibration system takes the strain off you when working with the STIHL MS 231 chainsaw.
