With the STIHL SR 450 backpack sprayer, fruit and vine growers and farmers can achieve a long reach when spraying liquids, granules or seeds for efficient plant care. Thanks to the 2-in-1 conversion mechanism, the sprayer can be converted for dust application in just a few simple steps. The STIHL SR 450 has a compact design, weighs 12.8 kg and is carried comfortably on the back thanks to the convenient carrying system. You can operate the STIHL 2-Mix engine and the valve for the spray agent supply with one hand using the one-hand multifunction handle. The convenient metering system is located directly below the operating handle. Thanks to the STIHL ElastoStart, you can start the engine of the STIHL SR 450 petrol engine sprayer easily and with little effort. When the engine is cold, the simple starting logic with one-time choke operation and manual fuel pump supports a quick start. The three standard cone, deflector and double deflector grilles allow you to adjust the shape and direction of the spray jet. The transparent spray agent tank holds 14 l of spray agent and can be refilled cleanly via a large filler opening. Thanks to the protective collar on the tank, spillage does not reach the backrest upholstery. The STIHL anti-vibration system protects your muscles and joints when spraying. The air filter system with pleated paper filter on the STIHL SR 450 petrol sprayer enables long service intervals.

Optional accessories for sprayers, such as the STIHL pressure pump attachment kit, enable you to achieve a consistently constant application rate in every spray wand position – regardless of the difference in height between the nozzle and the level in the tank. The higher pressure also allows finer spray mist to be produced. The pressure pump attachment kit can only be used with liquids on the STIHL SR 450 sprayer.
