Description
The STIHL MH 685 power tiller for demanding hobby gardeners, landscape gardeners and farmers is characterized by its high-quality construction made of hardened steel and aluminium, which makes it ideal for tough applications and heavy soils. The specially shaped hoeing blades of the MH 685 rotary tiller dig into the soil by cutting rather than chopping and therefore work very efficiently. The working width of the STIHL tiller can be reduced from 85 cm to 60 cm if required thanks to the divisible hoe set.
The hoes are powered by a powerful OHV engine with an easy-start system. The power pack drives the STIHL MH 685 motor hoe both forwards and backwards. This allows you to maneuver or reverse with little effort. An adjustable handlebar makes steering even more comfortable. The STIHL anti-vibration system also reduces energy-sapping vibrations in the handlebar of the garden tiller, protecting your muscles and joints.
While working, you can freely regulate the speed with your thumb. The three-way adjustable brake spur keeps the STIHL MH 685 on track when driving. For maintenance and care, you can simply move the power tiller into the cleaning position and move it easily thanks to the folding transport wheels.
