Description
The STIHL FS 491 C-EM petrol brushcutter is suitable for local authorities, highway maintenance companies and for professionals in garden and landscape maintenance. Its large cutting circle diameter of 520 mm is ideal for complex, large-area mowing work. The STIHL WoodCut 250-26 chisel-tooth circular saw blade enables you to make rapid sawing progress and even cut through medium-sized trees.
Thanks to the STIHL ErgoStart, the brush cutter can be started effortlessly, making work with the STIHL FS 491 C-EM very comfortable. The fully electronic STIHL M-Tronic 3.0 engine management system also ensures uncomplicated starting and optimum engine performance at all times. In addition, the petrol brushcutter has a universal gearbox with relubrication option. As a result, you benefit from a long service life of the machine.
Thanks to the STIHL anti-vibration system, mowing with the professional brushcutter causes only minimal vibrations. This is easy on your muscles and joints, just like the ergonomic two-handed handle (cutting handle), which supports your natural scything movement. The innovative ADVANCE Grip handle element also offers you a particularly ergonomic and intuitive working experience.
The optimized guard at the lower end of the FS 491 C-EM provides a good view of the work area and also improves storage options when you store your brushcutter. The FS 491 C-EM brushcutter can be used flexibly: You can optionally equip the petrol brushcutter with either a mowing head, grass cutting blade, thicket blade, chopping blade or circular saw blade.
